Manage Classes - Reports

The 'Class Progression' and 'Class Accuracy' reports are found within the 'Reports' button. You will also find the passwords for the students in the class here.

Class Progression Report

This will show you where on the Course each student in the class currently is.

Towards the top of the screen, you’ll see the Levels. Currently this includes the lower levels (Levels A – F) and the higher levels (Levels 1 to 6).

• The green line shows you exactly where the student is.
• Purple shows what levels the student has completed.
• Light purple shows levels completed within a selected time-frame. You can change the time-frame by clicking the arrow in the top right of the screen.

You can click on any box to open up the detail for that level. This shows which unit the student is currently on.

You can also click on these boxes to see detailed information and logs. The blue box in this illustration shows the currently selected unit.

You can click the ‘Related Logs’ button to get detailed logs.

Class Accuracy Report

The 'Class Accuracy' report shows percentage accuracy for:

• Reading and Spelling.
• Comprehension and Language Awareness.
• Phonic Knowledge and Skills

The first column in each section shows percentage accuracy since starting StepsWeb. The second column shows percentage accuracy for a selected time-period.

The red background on some boxes shows that the score does not meet your criteria for accuracy in this area. This shows a class teacher at a glance which students are struggling with each aspect.

You can click on an individual box to show the detailed information for each aspect.
