  • Whanau want to know who you are before what you are.  Be honest authentic

  • Go as a learner - take questions seeking to understand - listening and valuing

  • Mahi aroha - be realistic, voluntary for them to give their time. Follow up to keep momentum or they will think you are a one-off visit.
